自 2014 年 3 月 1 日起，依據日本海關規則最新通知，凡日本進口或於日本轉船貨
物，
將實施貨物 24 小時預報艙單制度(簡稱AFR)貨物必須在船舶離開裝船港24小時前，
向日本海關預先申報艙單資料，未能在規定時間內提供符合日本海關要求之正確且
完整之相關資料，可能導致貨物無法順利裝船，甚至可能面臨日本海關罰款 (責)。

客戶須於提單作法內，提供以下資料予船公司向日本海關申報，內容如下：
1.Shipper name and address and tel (托運人公司名稱、地址、電話)
2.Consignee name and address and tel (受貨人公司名稱、地址、電話)
3.Notify name and address and tel (到貨通知人公司名稱、地址、電話)
4.Acceptable goods description,the first 6 digit HS Code is required
(可接受品名及 6 位 HS 商品編號(不接受之籠統品名，請參考以下網址))
5.Package type Code (包裝類型/單位)
6.Number of packages (包裝件數)
7.Container number (櫃號)
8.Seal number (完整的封條號碼 (含英文和數字))
9.Gross Weight (毛重)
10.Volume (體積)
11.Mark and Number of Cargo (嘜頭)
12.IMDG Class Number & UN NO(FCL)
